Congratulations First Lieutenant Bayter on Graduating from the Mid-Atlantic Region Chaplain Corps Staff College! The Chaplain Corps Staff College is the principal method to educate and provide training to the Civil Air Patrol Chaplain Corps. This college included about 30 hours of instruction with guest speakers from across the country.
